Introduction to Pilates: (new clients only)
These introductory private sessions are a requirement for those who are just starting their Pilates journey. During these sessions, the client works one-on-one with a highly trained, certified instructor who will assess the client’s abilities and design a program that best suits their individual needs.
5 Virtual Mat Pilates/Yoga Classes: (new clients only)
Mat Pilates classes are indeed the foundation for the entire Pilates repertoire. Our small group classes are great for both beginners and experienced practitioners. These classes, which are always taught live, will teach you how to move your body efficiently for day-to-day tasks and activities. Additionally, our Yoga classes will complement your Pilates practice by enhancing flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Together, they provide a holistic approach to fitness and well-being, helping you perform daily activities with greater ease and confidence.
